Dear Rep. XXXX

I am writing to you in support of SB 1018, SB 1023, and HB 3415 and assign these bills to Joint Committee on Ways and Means SubCommittee on Human Service.

SB 1018: Establishes Oregon Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing Program within Department of Human Services.

SB 1023: Establishes Deaf, Deaf-Blind and Hard of Hearing Fund.
