In June 2013, the board established a short-term priorities, they are -

1. Outreach & Consumer Education

  • Introduction to OAD
  • Advocacy and Empowerment Training
  • Deafhood

2. Marketing

  • Strength OAD's image
  • Communication and Information Sharing
  • Networking

3. Fundraising

  • Implement short term fundraising plan
  • Soliciting sponsorship and in-kind donation
  • Support OAD's marketing and outreach effort
