(Cannon Beach) New Wine Fall Retreat (ASL Interpreted)

We started the discussion about disabilities and the church at our Annual Conference this Spring. Now we hope to move from isolation to inclusion to full participation by providing churches and individuals the opportunity to reflect on structures in the church and biases in our own hearts concerning people with disabilities that hinder full participation in Christ's church. Please join us for times of biblical reflection, interactive experiences, and discussion.

This is an ASL interpreted event, thanks to a grant from the Kuni Foundation.

Scholarships are available to those experiencing disabilities of all sorts and their family members who would find the cost of the retreat burdensome. Those serving in churches and ministries that desire to become more disability-aware, and individuals working in the disability field who would benefit from financial assistance may also be eligible for scholarships. The Kuni Foundation and Joni and Friends' Christian Fund for the Disabled have graciously partnered with New Wine to make these scholarship funds available. Please contact us by 9:00 pm September 21 for information on how to access these scholarships.

********Registration closes Saturday, September 21 at 11:30 pm PDT.********
