FCC Announces Second Extension of Comment Period for Pluto TV’s Petition for Waiver of IP Captioning Rules

On November 6, 2019, the FCC's Media Bureau released an Order extending by an additional 120 days the comment deadlines for Pluto TV's petition for a temporary waiver of the FCC's Internet protocol (IP) closed captioning rules.

 

Interested parties may file comments by accessing the Electronic Comment Filing System at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings.  All filings must reference MB Docket No. 11-154.  People with disabilities who need assistance to file comments online at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings may request assistance by email to FCC504@fcc.gov.
