Oregon Lifeline Application (free wireless minutes)


This email is to notify you of changes to the Oregon Lifeline application (EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1ST, 2018) for the free wireless minutes provided by Access, Assurance, and enTouch Wireless. I have attached the updated application in English and Spanish. The changes are to the amount of minutes provided by the carriers. The chart below outlines the new minutes offered by each of the providers. This application will be posted to our web page, www.lifeline.oregon.gov, Friday afternoon. Please pass this information on to anyone within your organization that assists people with completing these applications.

Access Wireless by


  • Voice plan includes 1,250 minutes, unlimited text, and 50 MB of data.
  • Data plan includes 500 voice minutes, unlimited text, and 2 GB of data.
  • Includes free phone or bring your compatible phone.

Assurance Wireless by Virgin Mobile

  • Plan includes 750 free voice minutes, unlimited text, and 2 GB of data.
  • Includes free phone or bring your compatible phone.

enTouch Wireless by Boomerang

  • Plan includes 1000 free voice minutes, unlimited text, and 100 MB.
  • Requires purchase of phone or bring your compatible phone.
