We are selling slow-smoked Texas style BBQ.
The meats we typically prepare are Pork/Beef Ribs, Meatballs, Pulled Pork, Beef Tri-Tip, and Polish Sausage.
All of our sides are made from scratch, they include Bourbon Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Honey-Sriracha Coleslaw and Orange-Dream Fruit Salad.
