Hands and Voices: Family Day Camp: November 6 at Camp Harlow, Eugene, Oregon

October 18, 2021

Hello EHDI Advisory Committee, friends and stakeholders,

On behalf of the amazing folks with the Oregon Hands & Voices Board and the Guide By Your Side program, please read on to learn more about their Hands & Voices Family Camp to be held on Saturday, Nov. 6th at Camp Harlow in Eugene. This is an opportunity for families with deaf or hard of hearing children to interact with other families and professionals. This year, due to COVID, this will be a one-day event rather than the usual weekend long time together. Scholarships are available for families who need support.

Please open and share the two attachments:

The “Family Camp” attachment is meant to share with families. H&V hopes to have as many families attend as possible!

The “Volunteer Family Camp” attachment is for individuals who might want to volunteer during the day of the event. Volunteers are needed and much appreciated.

You can learn more about the plans for COVID precautions during the event here: https://www.handsandvoicesor.org/covid-guidelines/.

Thank you Hands & Voices team, and thank you all!
